account.
Coin Reversion for Technical Issues
If a technical issue causes
coins to be deducted without the user receiving the intended service, we will investigate the matter
and, if confirmed, reverse the coins to the customer’s account.
Refund Processing
Time
If a refund is approved by CuteKaari, the amount will be credited to the customer
within 5-7 working days.
No Refund for Used Coins
Once coins are used for
services, they cannot be refunded or canceled. We encourage users to ensure their coins are used for the
desired services.
